You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it, and returns are free. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Free 30-day returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, including sale items. To be accepted, items must be:

  • unworn and unwashed, with the original tags still attached
  • returned in their original packaging where possible
  • free from make-up, perfume, smoke or pet hair

How to return an item

  1. Email support@synaworldclo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the items you want to return.
  2. We reply with free return instructions and the return address.
  3. Send the items back using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

Returns are free: we cover the return postage on every return made within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we email you to confirm. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the items. Your bank may take a few extra working days to show the refund.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will cover the return cost and offer a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges and sizing

Need a different size or colour? Return the item for a refund within 30 days and place a new order for the one you want, so you get it as quickly as possible.

Cancelling an order

To cancel before dispatch, email us with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has already been sent, you can return it within 30 days of delivery as described above.
